A full range of German courses are taught at BYU through the Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages. The department offers undergraduate majors and minors in both German and German Teaching. German is also a language specialization in the Second Language Teaching MA program. The department administers a German Credit Exam for BYU students. The Humanities Technology Research Support Center also offers a FLATS proficiency exam in German.
