LARC is a community of language learning researchers across the university.

There are currently over 100 members, including participants from all five language departments in the College of Humanities; the College of Family, Home, and Social Sciences; the David O. McKay School of Education; the Missionary Training Center; and BYU Continuing Education.

LARC meetings occur 10 times each year (every three weeks during Fall and Winter Semesters) and have an average attendance of 25 people. These meetings are a great venue for language acquisition researchers to share methods and findings and to promote cross-fertilization in research.

If you would like to be added to the LARC invitation email list, please send your name and email to cls@byu.edu and put “LARC” in the subject line.
